With over 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams and scaling creative operations, I currently serve as Chief Experience Design Officer at Blue C, an Orange County-based creative marketing agency. My focus is on blending strategic insight with breakthrough design and emerging technologies to craft meaningful, results-driven brand experiences.
Before Blue C, I helped grow Rhythm into one of Southern California’s premier digital agencies. As Chief Creative Officer, I played a key role in developing our creative practices and scaling the business to an eight-figure revenue which led to an acquisition by Code and Theory, a global digital-first agency. I remained on as CCO for six years post-acquisition, guiding creative direction and innovation across major client engagements.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of influencing brand and customer experience strategies for organizations like Acura, BMW, CBRE, Citadel, E&J Gallo Winery, Experian, Golub Capital, Honda, The Irvine Company, Jacuzzi, Porsche, Swiss RE, Karma Automotive, VinFast, and WorldStrides.
